I know this is a pain in the ass, but I don't think I'll be ready until next week. I just ordered the book online. I was going to get it from the library or buy it at chapters, but ... I want my own copy, and as cheap as possible!
So ... get started if you like. I'd be happy to read your thoughts and jump in when I get the book.

As it is, I just went out and bought my OWN copy today so I can write in it. You know. For all my stunning, articulate, thought-provoking points. HA!
